SupportInboxLayout (am-support-inbox-layout)

SupportInboxLayout 提供 queues、ticket list、active conversation 與 customer context 的四區資訊架構。它不處理客服 API、assignment、reply submit 或 SLA 計算。

所有 queue、ticket、message 與 customer data 都是 serializable props；consumer 可透過 slots 接回真正的操作元件。
